Experience the delights of our organic farm fresh products as you enjoy three daily Cilento style home made meals and learn to cook traditional Cilento style food during our four cooking classes. For example, learn how to prepare pasta, such as cavatelli, fusilli, gnocchi and desserts, such as struffoli, pastetelle and crostate. You’ll also be offered the opportunity to participate in local farm and seasonal harvesting activities such as, wine, olive oil and cheese making!!
