I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in Rome in the areas of Trastevere or Monteverde/Gianicolense . Or even an apartment with other young women that has 2 single rooms available.
If anyone has any leads, I'd truly appreciate it.

Hi, I have a small apartment in SAN REMO, Italy. Centrally located, no car needed, walk to train station, Casino, perfect if arriving by boat. Completely renovated in Feb 09. Pictures to come soon. I rent my house in Framura on the Italian Rivera, 3 towns north of the Cinqueterre area, (http://www.framura.eu/eng/framura.php) on a biweekly & monthly basis from March to October.

It is the perfect place for a quiet vacation, especially great if you are a writer or a painter or a hiker. The occupancy is for 4 people; there are 2 bedrooms.

Depending on the season & length of stay; rates range from $1000 to $2000

Day trips to Tuscany area or Genoa are possible; Portofino, Rapallo, and the towns of Cinqueterre are a quick ride away.

At least one person in your party should have a basic speaking command of the Italian language

I’m interested in renting to responsible individuals who will take good care of my house as this will be my future retirement home therefore references will be requested.

I have a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the historic center of Florence. I rent it out to budget travelers, on a nightly/weekly/monthly basis (4 night min.) .

I'll be in Firenze from 7/31 to 8/7 at a B & B for women -check out http://bed-and-breakfast-in-italy.com/pagina.cfm?ID=802&IDregione=16 and http://www.bnb.it/beb/. It's near the Duomo; the rooms face an inner garden and have lots of light.
