Along with Victor is Kerri Culhane an architectural historian with over 14 years of experience in historic preservation and cultural resources management. She is a researcher, author, and editor of surveys, reports, articles, books, and scholarly papers about regional American architectural history, historical archaeology, and the natural and cultural landscape. Valerie Pepe and her family come from the historic Little Italy of NYC bringing her family’s insight to the beloved neighborhood. She is the Assistant Chief for the Energy Department at the New York City Housing Authority and holds a BA and a Masters from St. John’s University. Special live performance by the incredible tenor, Dominic Montuano.
